The DanCor UK Technical Support Department Investigation and Report Service We at DanCor UK offer the furniture retailer and manufacturer in the UK and overseas an investigation and report service. An inspection report will say if a complaint is a manufacturing fault, storage or transport matter, a fitting or assembly issue or the result of localised actions. The inspectors can either report only or negotiate settlements on behalf of the retailer or manufacturer.
This department, whilst located in DanCor UK’s offices, is a completely autonomous division to ensure the upmost neutrality is maintained. In order to keep up with developments within the industry all of our staff are regularly involved in visits to the manufacturing plants and undertake on-going training enabling us to deliver a skilled, efficient and courteous service.
