                               conducted in the home to minimise any disruption with on site-tests as necessary. 
                               However we have access to highly sophisticated laboratory equipment that can help 
                               us determine the cause of a fault. 
  
                              As well as undertaking inspections to produce a comprehensive report we can also 
                              act as an independent arbitrator between you, the consumer, and the retailer.
