                     If you have a dispute with a retailer over a problem with a furniture item that you 
                     believe to have been caused by faulty manufacture then we at DanCor UK can help.                                                                

                     We have extensive experience in the examination of all types of furniture from leather 
                     and fabric suites to beds, cabinet and dining furniture. The inspection service is usually 
                     conducted in the home to minimise any disruption with on-site tests as necessary. 
                     If required we also have access to highly sophisticated laboratory equipment that can
                     help us determine the cause of a fault. 
  
                     As well as undertaking inspections to produce a comprehensive report we can also 
                     act as an independent arbitrator between you, the consumer, and the retailer.  
  
                     Typical problems that we can help with are: 

                           · The colour coming off a sofa
                           · Cushions loosing resilience and going flat       
                           · Poor fitting of built-in wardrobes
                           · Causes of staining and marks on a fabric or leather sofa
                           · A bed that has become unsupportive

                     The service is very competitively priced with coverage of most parts of the UK. Included 
                     within the service is an on-site inspection of the piece of furniture, history of correspondence 
                     between the parties, comprehensive factual detail of the furniture and the fault in question         
                     (with on-site tests as required), an opinion and summary of conclusions. 
                     Photographs are included within the report as well as a statement of truth and experts 
                     declaration to enable the report to be used in a claims court if necessary. 
  
                     Mis-description 

                     Do you suspect that you may not have got what you paid for? We can determine whether the 
                     goods you paid for are indeed what they say they are. Again a comprehensive report can be 
                     compiled from the wide range of knowledge and experience gained from DanCor UK’s many 
                     years within the industry.
