                   Investigation and Report Service

                   DanCor UK provides a service whereby furnishing products, beds, cabinets and general furniture
                   items or their installation can be assessed by an independent consultant to help in resolving complaints.

                   The service is excellent value for money and is available to customers of retailers or suppliers in general.
                   When a complaint turns into a dispute, there are usually several reasons for this, not least of which is
                   that both the consumer and the retailer/supplier believe they are right. An independent assessment of
                   the product will help to ensure that both parties know what the problems are and whether there is a
                   valid complaint. 

                   The product will be examined by a competent, independent, and experienced consultant, and a report 
                   provided which will detail whether or not your complaint is valid. The report is supported by photographic
                   evidence and on-site tests as necessary. 
                   If the dispute reaches court it is almost certain that the court will want a report from an independent
                   consultant so that they can ascertain whether or not the claim is valid. Where appropriate you will be able
                   to use this report in support of your claim.
